Naya shop kaise banayein? — How do I create a shop?
Sign up with your shop name, email and a password of at least 8 characters, and agree to the Terms and Privacy Policy. You're logged in straight away.
Udhaar aur payment kaise dalein? — How do I record udhaar or a payment?
Open a customer from Grahak, then tap Udhaar Diya or Payment Liya, enter the amount and an optional note, and save.
PIN kya hai? — What is the PIN?
After logging in you unlock the app with a 4-digit PIN. It's a quick lock for the device, on top of your password. The default is 1234 and you can change it in Settings.
Password bhool gaye? — I forgot my password.
On the login page, tap Forgot password. We'll email a reset link that works for one hour.
App phone par kaise install karein? — How do I install the app?
Open the Get app page. On Android Chrome and desktop Chrome or Edge, tap Install. On iPhone, use Safari's Share button and choose Add to Home Screen.
Internet na ho to? — What if I'm offline?
For now the app needs an internet connection to save entries. Offline entry, which saves on your device and syncs later, is coming in a future update.
